WORLD FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS SUPER SHOW – A NIGHT OF SUPERB LOCAL MMA AND MUAY THAI AT THE GRAND SIERRA RESORT CASINO

WFC 37, GRAND SIERRA RESORT, RENO, NV – March 24th, 2015

World Fighting Championships brings live, local mixed martial arts and Muay Thai back to Northern Nevada with another supers show featuring the best local talent Northern Nevada has to offer.

“The fans have been asking so we brought it back! It wasn’t long ago that we pulled off our first show with Muay Thai and MMA here at the Grand Sierra Resort. The fans loved the event and we are proud to be able to give all the amazing fight camps the opportunities they deserve. This event has several big fights that are going to deliver action.” – Matt McGovern, President, World Fighting Championships.

Several bouts on the card deserve the billing of main event including two highly anticipated women’s Muay Thai matchups. Victoria Engberson, a WFC veteran, welcomes Marie Choi to the WFC ring for the top billed Muay Thai fight of the night. Jullian McCuan and Leizel Beliso collide at the 106 lbs weight limit to establish the WFC light flyweight division in Northern Nevada. And Vinnie Reymus and Jonathan Liman square off at a catchweight of 175 lbs for three rounds of MMA action.

This card is stacked with action from top to bottom with many new and old faces entering the WFC ring: Melvin Washington, Willy Whipple, Adam Hebenstreich, Brady Huang, Jullian McCuan, Leizel Beliso, Carlos Sanchez, Michael Gilliland, Kali Manu, Johnny Fields, Daniel Reece, Zach Andrews, Joe Irvin, Kyle Lehane, Mike Harding, Michael Hoker, Mike Martinez, TJ Kullar, Mike Sandidge, and Lamar Gosey.

The official WFC 37 weigh-in will take place on Thursday April 11th inside the Grand Sierra Resort at 6pm. The weigh-ins are free and open to the public with fans encouraged to attend and support their fighters.

Tickets start at $27 for general admission and are available through the WFC website at worldfightingchampionships.com. Fans are encouraged to buy tickets early, as the best seats sell out early.
